Phlo is a full-service Digital Pharmacy, offering real-time tracked GPS delivery to your door 8 am - 8 pm at any location (work, home etc.), live chat with a pharmacist and frictionless ordering.

Think of us a little bit like your favourite food delivery app with real-time tracked delivery. Phlo allows you to order repeat prescriptions from your NHS GP and have your medication delivered to you at a time and place that suits you.

We fully control all the technology, the pharmacy and finally the logistics elements, delivering with our own drivers straight to your door. No more waiting in line at the pharmacy, no more inconvenience, no more wasted time, we ensure you get your medication on time, every time through real-time delivery.

If you dont live in an area where we offer real-time delivery you can choose to have your medication delivered by Royal Mail at no extra cost until we bring the full benefits of real-time delivery to your city.

We currently only work with repeat prescriptions but will be adding services for one-off prescriptions, via real-time delivery within 2 hours in 2018 for a small delivery charge.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the app, then tell us which GP’s practice you’re registered with, and which repeat medications you need.

2. We’ll set you up with our partner pharmacy. We then place the repeat prescription request with your GP electronically.

3. Your GP sends the prescription electronically to Phlo. If your GP wants to speak with you before prescribing we will let you know.

4. You book a time slot for your delivery with real-time delivery and can track your delivery all the way. If you’re not in an area where we offer real-time delivery we also offer free 48 hour, Royal Mail delivery anywhere in the country.

Q. What is real-time Delivery? How do I use Phlo?

A. We are the first pharmacy app in the UK to offer real-time delivery. You order your medication on the app, then we do all the hard work and get your medication out to you between 8 am - 8 pm in bookable time slots. You can track your delivery in real-time using advanced GPS, meaning you’ll never miss a pharmacy delivery ever again.

Q. Can I choose any location for real-time delivery? Can I change it if I’m not going to be in?

A. Yes absolutely, you can save multiple locations to the app and change them on the fly. Forgot that you have to go out to see a family member, a dinner engagement, a business meeting or anything else that life might throw at you. No problem, just set the delivery location to where suits you and real-time delivery will ensure you receive it every time.

Q. I don’t want to pay for real-time delivery? Do you have any free options?

A. Yes of course. You can choose to get your medication through Royal Mail’s, 48-hour delivery service, anywhere in the UK.
